Below you will find two drawings created
when we had our home appraised in late July. They should give you a
general idea of how the house is laid out.

| Above you will notice the layout of
the downstairs. All measurements were done by and contained in
our recent appraisal. The drawing next to the stairs (just
above) is a wood burning fireplace. The sketch does not
show the closets, pantry, doors, windows, etc. |

| Directly above is the layout for the
upstairs. The bedroom on the left has 2 regular size
closets as well as a door leading out to massive attic storage
area. The bathroom between the two upstairs bedrooms is referred
to as a 'Jack-and-Jill' bathroom. There are 2 vanities
there that is in a separate area than the shower and toilet. The
bedroom on the right has 1 large walk-through closet that leads
into more massive wrap around attic space as well as stairs
leading up to a whole other spacious storage area. There are 2
hot water heaters in the house, one in each of the attic areas
of both upstairs bedroom. Each bedroom as well as the
bathroom has plenty of natural light form the dormer windows. |

| The Bonus area upstairs was added
originally to use as a home school area. It has a built in desk,
wrap around built in knee wall bookshelves, built in padded
bench seat with hidden storage under it, as well as a separate
area for an office that has a window overlooking the back of the
property. |
